Our client lists and outbox just got even better!
Welcome to this update for March 2019 from the Senta support team. This is where you’ll get the chance to hear a bit about new features we’ve added, as well as any recent company news.
This month we welcome Stergios to the Senta team. He is joining the support team, so you may hear from him in the future if you book a demo or email us with any queries. Welcome Stergios!
Louise also had the opportunity to spend some time in Australia in February, where she caught up with family and had the pleasure of visiting a number of our clients. As well as gathering some useful information to help build the new Australian dataset, she also brought back a variety of Australian treats to share with the office, including mysterious “musk” flavoured Lifesavers which were quite a surprise to the team.

Per-user client lists
With this new feature, each user will have access to their own set of saved client lists.
Just go to Clients menu > Client list > Custom view drop down > then click on “Change visibility” to select the user. For more information take a look at our guide here. Admins can make lists available for everyone.
Allow Practice Outbox to be filtered “from”
Your Practice Outbox can be now filtered by the “from” column.
To do this, open your practice outbox, click on the filter icon for the “from” column, then select the email address you want to filter by.
Support for your timezone
You can now select your practice’s time zone from Settings > General settings > Timezone.
Generate letters using a DOCX template that you upload into Senta, adding placeholders to pull in client information. Your DOCX templates can contain formatting, graphics and everything else. For more information please take a look at our guide here.*
