Pandle Mobile Update: Editing Quotes, Invoices, Customers & Suppliers
Spring is a time for all things new, so it’s the ideal time to tell you about our new Pandle Mobile features.
In an increasingly mobile-centric world, we are always looking for ways to incorporate the great features of our web app into Pandle Mobile, allowing all users to enjoy the same level of control wherever they are. Neither you or your customers are restricted to an office anymore, so why should your accounting software be?
That’s why we’ve taken the easy-to-use editing tools that are included in the web app and added them to Pandle Mobile too, enabling users to make quick bookkeeping changes from their phone or tablet.
Editing quotes and invoices
Previously, a downside of Pandle Mobile has been that corrections to a quote or invoice weren’t possible; it had to be done in the web app, and if that wasn’t feasible, a whole new invoice would have to be created. With the old, original having to be deleted once the user had access to the web app again. Not very simple, not convenient, not fit for purpose for on-the-go customers—and so, not the Pandle way.
With editing tools now available in Pandle Mobile, users can edit their saved quotes and invoices just as they can with the web app. Errors can be rectified and adjustments made with a few quick taps, allowing users to send out the edited invoices or quotes in a timely manner. There’s no need to wait until they’re back in the office to make any changes.
This latest update ensures that all users can easily manage and maintain their accounts whenever, wherever, and however they want to.
How do the editing tools work on Pandle Mobile?
Really easily. When users view an invoice or quote, they just need to click the edit button in the top right-hand corner:
Then simply make any changes they need to, and click save.
Editing customers and suppliers
It’s not just invoices and estimates that sometimes need editing; users often need to make changes to customer and supplier details too, and again, sometimes they need to do this when away from their computers.
This is now easy to do in Pandle Mobile too. If a user is talking to a customer while out and about and their customer says they’re moving offices, the user can now change the customer address there and then, from their phone. An email from a supplier comes through on their phone with new contact details? No problem. That can be swiftly changed in Pandle Mobile too.
Again, details can be changed by simply clicking on the edit icon in the top right-hand corner, making the necessary corrections and then clicking save.
These latest developments make Pandle Mobile even more user-friendly and effective, allowing users to take greater control of their accounts wherever they are and whenever they have the time to fit in these tasks. As with all our updates, this one aims to let our users do what they want: to spend more time on their business and less time dealing with their record-keeping and admin.
