Pandle Mobile Update: Manual Bank Transactions
Ever since we first launched Pandle our users have been able to enter their bank transactions manually through our web app, although there are also Bank Import, and automated Bank Feeds features.
We are delighted to announce that this manual entry functionality is now available on Pandle Mobile, too!
We understand that businesses who deal mainly in cash, or who favour manual data entry over automation, may never have been able to take full advantage of our Pandle Mobile app. Well, that is about to change.
Now businesses can use our Pandle Mobile app to manually enter their transactions, making it quicker and easier to complete core bookkeeping tasks whilst on the go. Those one-off in-store or cash purchases can be added instantaneously, rather than having to wait until you’re back in front of a computer.
Not only will this improve the efficiency of our users’ bookkeeping, but also the speed in which it takes to enter each manual transaction. Our developers have been hard at work making this feature as intuitive and easy to use as possible, so any new transactions can be entered in a matter of seconds.
To manually enter bank transactions in Pandle Mobile users will first need to select the account they wish to enter transactions for. Then, from this account click the '+' symbol in the top right-hand corner to begin entering the details of the transaction:
From the manual transaction screen it is also possible to attach the related receipt or invoice, before clicking save to confirm the transaction.
Manually entering transactions in Pandle Mobile works perfectly alongside our Receipt Uploads feature, enabling users to stay fully organised and up to date with bookkeeping by snapping a picture of receipts, and attaching them to transactions as they are entered.
