Senta has announced that the annual client event - Senta Discovery - this year will be hosted digitally.
Senta clients can still expect the same mix of personal demos, new features and masterclasses as they had in previous years - just without the in-person networking.
Head of Customer Support, Louise Sellars, is excited about getting face-to-face with customers again - albeit remotely.
“We held our first Senta Discovery in early 2020, and it was a resounding success. We were oversubscribed with a lengthy waiting list - so we always planned to go bigger in 2021. Unfortunately, like so many events in the last 18 months, face-to-face just isn’t an option. It’s a real shame as the whole Senta team loved meeting the people we talk to every day. And I know our customers enjoyed getting together too."
At Senta Discovery: Digital, Senta customers can spend the afternoon in the company of the Sentanauts - Senta’s customer service team. There will be sessions on new ways of using Senta, overviews of new features and masterclasses on different elements of Senta, including the dashboard and the client portal. And there will be an update from the Senta & IRIS team which will roadmap the future of Senta.
“The aim,” continues Louise “is to send our clients away fizzing with ideas on how to make their practices run even better.”
Senta is also looking to raise money for the charity Mind. Attendees are invited to make a donation in lieu of any ticket fee this year.
