Who are Bokio?
At 22:48 on 2 May 2013, Mikael, who was working as a consultant, started to file his tax return just before the deadline at midnight. Doing his accounting was harder than he expected, and needlessly complicated. So he thought, what if I could make it easier?
Just 18 days later, co-founders Mikael and Viktor set out to revolutionise accounting, and they started developing what would become Bokio. They wanted to automate traditional bookkeeping by using Artificial Intelligence.
