[Web Series] Getting ready for the year end - COVID Edition
The year-end is fast approaching and with the latest lockdown restrictions it promises to be a difficult year-end for accountants and bookkeepers. That's why we have pulled together a series of 4 webinars featuring industry leaders to help practitioners think through their year-end and self assessment plans to make sure they can continue to serve their clients.
Sharon Pocock and Carl Reader kick off the series on November 12 by providing a blueprint to run a virtual practice for the coming months. They'll discuss key technology considerations as well as process and workflow hacks to make sure you're office and team are as efficient as ever.
Next, on November 17, we're joined by Heather Townsend from the Accountants Millionaires Club to discuss the best practices when it comes to winning new business. Proposals play a key part of winning new business - either from new clients or current clients - and Heather will flag key traps and language to avoid when creating your proposals and how to move prospects through the sales pipeline quickly (and virtually).
On December 1, back by popular demand, Carl Reader and the ACCA's Glenn Collins discuss best practices when it comes to engagement letters. This year engagement letters will be particularly important to define client and accountant expectations. This session has been one of the most populare we've presented this year, so don't miss your final chance to join.
And last but not least we say farewell to 2020 with a fireside chat between Practice Ignitions' Emma Crawford-Falekaono, Carl Reader and David Holland to discuss how client expectations are changing, the services they need (though they might not know it yet) and how this impacts how you attack 2021.
