The Government’s ‘One-Click" initiative has been launched  "so that businesses can get online, register their business at Companies House, sign up for PAYE registration, Corporation Tax and Self Assessment all in one place. The ability to register for VAT will be added shortly after”.

So Jordans are delighted to have been invited join the working group spearheading this new project.

As the UK's leading registration agent Jordans have always worked closely with Companies House on new developments.  Probably the most notable of these was the advent of electronic filing, where Jordans were the first to file an electronic company form and later form a company electronically. More recently, with the change to XML filing, Jordans were once again among the first to embrace this new technology.

“Our clients can be confident that Jordans will integrate all the technological advances deriving from the “one-click” initiative into our services - whilst shielding them from the complexities of course!” commented Dave Percival, Jordans e-Business Development Manager “and they can expect us to provide a simple, fast and flexible way of taking advantage of them”

Jordans are also hard at work "behind the scenes" with the technical team at Companies House on revising the schemas that control the XML transmissions.
