Now more than ever before accountants are under tremendous stress as they work tirelessly to support their clients as well as keeping their own businesses running. In this session host Lucy Cohen, co-founder of 2019 Accounting Excellence finalists Mazuma and the author of The Millennial Renaissance, turns the spotlight on to mental health and wellbeing.

 

How can team leaders support the mental health of their employees? What is the relationship between workplace stress and mental health issues? What are the different initiatives team leaders can introduce to support wellbeing? What are the benefits of addressing these issues within the workplace?

 

It has never been a more important focus for team leaders to ensure their teams wellbeing is being cared for during this time. This session will equip you with the tools and understanding necessary to support your team.
