Date set for RSM Robson Rhodes iSoft hearing

RSM Robson Rhodes LLP and former audit partner Glyn Williams will face a formal Accountancy and Actuarial Disciplinary Board (AADB) hearing in London on 5 October in relation to their work for iSoft Group.

As previously reported on , accounting and revenue recognition irregularities came to light after an independent investigation by Deloitte in 2006. Company directors were subsequently charged for making misleading financial statements, but RSM Robson Rhodes came under the AADB’s scrutiny for its audit work on the accounts for the 2003, 2004 and 2005 financial years.

The AADB hearing will take place at The International Dispute Resolution Centre on London’s Fleet Street on 5 October.

He (Cryne) joined Peat Marwick McLintock in 1984. The firm later merged with KPMG and by the early 1990s Cryne was working for the group’s management-consulting arm, running its healthcare IT division.

At KPMG Cryne met Roger Dickens, one of its most senior partners who had narrowly missed out on the top job. Cryne and Dickens, alongside Steve Graham, who remains iSoft’s group commercial director, set up iSoft within KPMG in 1994. Five years later the business was bought out and in 2000 it was floated.
