Ex-PKF partner pleads guilty in Brady Olympic case

Former PKF partner Howard Hill pleaded guilty last week at Inner London crown court to unlawfully obtaining personal data about West Ham executives involved in the bitter struggle to win the tenancy of the Olympic Stadium in east London.

Hill will be sentenced along with Richard Forrest and Lee Stewart on 20 December. Charges for fraud by misrepresentation against the three were not heard, but remain on file.

The criminal case was brought after evidence came to light in a related civil case that PKF had received copies of West Ham vice chairman Karren Brady’s mobile phone records...
