Snow has been falling heavily in some parts of the UK for the past few days, with the onslaught driving down to hit the West and other areas today.

Businesses and practices affected across the country are feeling the icy pinch as snow closes off roads to staff and clients, and schools close in the wake of the flakes.

Those filing tax returns may have been affected today during this busy season, although HMRC has used the opportunity to encourage those snowed in to use the time to file returns.

We've put together a Storify snapshot of how the weather has affected our members, suppliers and accountants across the UK.

You can also give our Bad Weather Business Survival Kit a read for advice on how to survive business-wise during the bad weather.
