Yes, think I will just amend the wages from 6/4/19 onwards and not think about the intervening years. I've had a fair few of these notices now (and, so it seems, have others on here), so it's clear HMRC are not just singling out this client.
I'll break my anonymity:-) She is paid above the LEL but below the PT/ST. Wages are £680 p.m. and the PT/ST is £719 this year (£702 2018/19, £681 2017/18)
Always found it excellent which is why I kept paying even when the fees jumped up.
I email a query and get a response the same day, often within an hour at times.
And they helped me with a Mac specific query which they didn't need to.
Thanks for that. I will hold my hands up and retract that I thought it was a Taxfiler issue. I just know what has happened with other products taken over in the past so suspected the worst.
The future of accountancy doesn't bother me, because once people work out the Quickbook adverts are borderline lies, they still need somebody to help with their year-end accounts.
Then I charge more for sorting out the tangled mess they've made than if they'd just used a spreadsheet or given me their records.

Who are you with now? It then gives us an idea of what you're getting for that price.

Same here, even if it means I'm not in vogue with the rest of the site users and taking part in The Emperor's New Clothes.

Thanks, shame it is now hosted by IRIS on that platform because I never had an issue in the three years I used Taxfiler before the takeover.
Lets hope Azure doesn't go down in January!
And now I can't even log in full stop, just stuck on the browser progress bar.
This was my concern when IRIS bought them out.
