Not sure if it is me, AW or Firefox but I save some articles as pdfs but I cannot get this article to print/save

I had missing images for ages as well, although it seems to have fixed itself as of today!!
My previous workaround was to use Microsoft Edge, for AW Excel articles, instead of my regular browser (Firefox)

I don't think you should take the view of just one practice as being "the truth". Don't look down on yourself just because a very small group of people has a particular view of how things should work. I'm sure there are many other views and that you have a lot of good experience and knowledge. Other firms may be more supportive (having worked in a number of firms over the years, some bosses are great and some are abusive psychopaths!!).
From my own experience - having been made redundant as a tax specialist in a large firm, i moved into a general accounting role in industry (which was very tough at the beginning) and through a combination of initially taking lower roles, teaching myself and getting advice from friends with relevant accounting experience, I was able to move up through the ranks.

In your cash flow example, i would normally use sum(j44:j55) because if a new row is added, the sum formula will expand correctly and the total will update accordingly. If, however, individual cells are added, or if a cell range is used without a blank end row included, the sum formula will not change when a new row is added but the user may not realise this and assume that the total still works

While you may be right that the majority of people just need to step back and take a deep breath, there are a significant number of people for whom stress can literally feel overwhelming, due to a range of non-work factors (eg long-term illness in the family, financial pressure, marriage difficulties, dysfunctional childhood of some sort etc etc).
For these people taking a deep breath is unlikely to be enough.
While there are probably steps that they should take themselves (eg CABA courses, support groups, therapy, medication etc) a supportive work environment will undoubtedly be beneficial for both them and their employer

Just to point out that MTD does NOT require the use of a cloud accounting package

It would be helpful if your articles gave more detail - I tend to find that I am no wiser at the end of article, as it is too high level/vague, and am just left with a link to a long case that I have no time to read.

Another method of finding unwanted links (which I think worked for me when the above methods did not, although I can't remember the exact circumstances) is:
File > Info > [check for issues] (Inspect Workbook) > [check compatibility] > select [find] and it takes you to the error cell
