Surely almost every accountancy practice could be caught be these rules?! Promoting the use of ltd co's, benefitting financially (i.e. charging a fee) and influencing payments (recommending optimum salary etc).
What is the cut-off point to be seen as a "business providing accountancy services in a professional capacity" if only 1 of the MSC provider conditions has to be met to be caught by the rules?
I read somewhere that it mattered if the accountancy firm was registered with one of the accounting bodies but I am not sure if that is relevant now or not.
36% of small/medium businesses accept BTC in the US? I do not believe that at all!! Think of all the plumbers, small shops, cleaners.... no way it is that high.
If there was a link with Outlook to send automated reminders I would have signed up straight away, but it is still lacking this feature by the look of it. Let's hope that is added soon!

I wonder what will happen to FHL losses and unused CA pools?!
It will be interesting to see how many "stable" coins are Ponzi schemes in the next big crypto crash.

Whatever next... submitting self-assessment tax returns online?!
Wouldn't the 'limited cost trader' rules apply in most cases, significantly reducing the apparent FR VAT gain?
Some decent points, thanks. It has prompted me to contact some clients already. Much more sensible than the last CV-related article on AW!
Sounds useful, but the 'per organisation per month' fee puts me off, for this type of add on. Especially for monitoring lots of smaller clients.

I really do hope this works well. Outlook/email integration for automated reminders and Xero client list API next please!
