I note that "..deductions from salary are subject to output tax if the supply relates to a VATable supply." If an employer pays for parking at their premises on which they pay VAT, and passes the charge on to the employee, but there is no salary sacrifice involved, is output tax still in point? Thanks

Logging on to HMRC
For 3 days now, I have not been able to log onto the Revenue website. The Revenue have issued an authorisation code for VAT but I can't get online to input it. I have tried ringing the Online Services Helpdesk, but they don't answer. I tried calling the Agent Dedicated Line, but they couldn't help. I tried sending an email but am still waiting for a response.
When I try to log on, I get an error message saying that my tax account is not yet available for agents to manage clients' tax affairs.
Is anyone else having the same problem, or think of anything I can do to sort this out as quickly as possible?
