From above - 'The supply of private tuition, in a subject ordinarily taught in a school or university, by an individual teacher acting independently of an employer.'
No John. End of month before, least they used to six years or so ago.
Specifically I formed a CLG on 16 March x1 to take over the affairs of an unincorporated charity with year end 31 March x1 and got a default yearend of Feb x2 which I extneded to 31 March x2. In x5 we decided to go to 30 Sep x5 ...
I had this allowed once in a similar(ish) situation, ie a company formed in mid March had extended the first accounting period by a few days to the end of next March. Three years later we had forgotten about it and moved year to September. Was initially refused electronically, but I phoned up and appologised profusly for the oversight and they let it through .
Whether or not they will for 3 months and a few days I cannot say but it has to be worth a phone call.
