Thanks Paul
It was a cold call contact and I have no experience with insolvencies beyond ensuring I'm always in the black. Another reason for asking for advice.
Would it be feasible for your client to get an occupation order against their abuser, kicking them out, so that they could return to the "family" house for the required period to entitle them to resident relief? If they are scared their partner will keep harassing them they can get a non-molestation order at the same time, forcing them to stay at least a certain distance from the house.
Small businesses. I want to do their bookkeeping and then be able to refer them onto local accountants in a way that justifies the higher hourly rate. I'm also hoping to take my L4 when business picks up but still expect to need to refer client on to accountants and want to be able to do so in a clear and succinct way that they won't complain about.
My answers
Apparently £0.00
Thanks Paul

I dunno about that. Last time I tried contacting my GP, HMRC response times compared favorably. I now avoid contacting my GP if at all possible.

Have you considered pidgin? My dad once killed one with the [***] of his gun. Before anyone askes; yes, he had (and still has) a licence for the gun.
I wish AWeb had a laughter button like FBook.
Unfortunately there are only 12 months in the year. Which one would you recommend I replace?
Thanks Les
As ever, valuable advice.
These pages have confirmed the grants I referred to are outside the scope of VAT. The charity is safe from a nasty surprise.
Hi Lionofludesch
Thank you for replying. In this case the answerer is no. (que massive relief at not having given the wrong advice)
I wish the attached article used plain English instead of legalese. It's confusing for this bookkeeper. Perhaps it's just because it Friday?
