Making amendments online is vital. We had a client who's VAT return was incorrect so we wrote to them informing them of this and the amended figures, all before the end of the month. They still took the original amount even though they confirmed receipt of our letter putting our client £3500 out of pocket all because their systems aren't joined up.

Also, what if you meet someone who doesn't like networking and spends the night looking at the floor? His eyes might be offended by those old Reeboks you put on. You know the ones the dog got ahold of and you should of thrown out months ago.

People often only look to God when they are in times of trouble when in actual fact He is always there.
I'm a Christian, I don't pretend to have answers for the tragic things that happen in this world. However I know that God does amazing things, He is divine so therefore I don't really have a leg to stand on in questioning Him. There is a bit at the end of the book of Job which shows this and the whole of and conclusion of the book of Ecclesiastes has a similar summary. Or for something a bit more modern, this might be helpful...
Keen to hear what you think...

There's an app for that...
I've downloaded a calorie tracker for my iPhone. I tell it what I've eaten, what exercise I've done, what I'm trying to get my weight down to, and if my net daily calories is on par or not... Quite useful, it's call MyFitnessPal and I think they have a website that does the same thing as well...

I have a rough knowledge of exercise so I'll throw my 2p in. You might be creating muscule rather than buring fat. Is it a relatively short and intense cycle ride? Maybe it will help you lose weight if you stretch it out and go on longer rides?

I second that!
In the 6 months of being at my current accountancy firm I have been chasing at least two refunds for the entire time I have been here!
The mystery place that is security was one I got alot. When I tried to find out what is part of the security checks I wasn't allowed to know! We even had to put a post our news section to warn client's that nothing we can do can hurry the refunds along!
