Do the same rules apply for Non-residents? I have a client who sold a property on 2 March 2022 and I can complete his SATR before the 60 due date. I think this is covered by para 5 but HMRC when I called weren't aware of the guidance in Appendix 18 & then just said as he is non-resident he has to do a property Return. This means I could actually be filing both on the same day just so that they can get the tax earlier
I understood that The Equality Act covers all types of medical conditions where they affect normal day to day activities for a period likely to exceed at least 12 months disregarding any medication that is being taken. Does the fact that it is described as 'Acute' mean that the illness will not last for a12 month period?
