I think a major problem is going to be the people who have actually been vaccinated thinking they are immune to the virus. Even though at this moment in time, we don't know if you can still catch the virus, we don't know if you can still pass it on, all we know is it is unlikely to affect you so much and not hospitalise you.
I have heard ICU staff on the TV who have had the vaccine saying it's a relief to know I won't be taking it home to my family, when we don't know that's the case.
Personally, I think it was a mistake not to do the second jab. I understand why they haven't but until they know exactly the effectiveness of the vaccine applied correctly they shouldn't play around with it.
Unless this vaccine has long-term immunity it will never get to healthy working age people because it will be like the flu jab having to be done every 6 months or a year
