This is an example of blatantly inappropriate use of FRS101, as there are no publicly available consolidated accounts incorporating Omnigss.
My concern is that there appear to be no enforcement mechanisms covering the proper use of FRS101. And, if this is the case, there may well be other enforcement issues where audited accounts are not required.
There is no point to rules if they can be ignored. If there is no enforcement mechanism then FRS 101 should either be withdrawn, or the conditions for its use should be lifted.

Asus Eee Pad
The problem that I found with the iPad was how to get access to files, especially when wi-fi connections were patchy, slow, or non-existent.
I went for the Asus Eee Pad because
it incorporates a keyboard so I don't lose half the screen when typing
it has 2 USB ports and an SD card slot
the keyboard contains additional batteries giving much greater usage time.
The downside is that the extra batteries make it much heavier.
As with all technology, what's right for you depends on what you will be using it for. All items have trade offs and there is no universally perfect machine - Apple there's your next challenge!

You might like to go to this blog post (http://markwadsworth.blogspot.com/2012/01/more-inflation-vat-fun.html) to see an attempt to analyse the effect of the VAT increase on inflation. It suggest that most of the VAT increase was absorbed by businesses and not passed on to customers.
