Insolvency as it should be practised
Elliot Green FCA FABRP is a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. He values his reputation for maintaining the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality and discretion. Known for taking on complex and contentious cases where we can add value for creditors and other stakeholders.
CEO at Oliver Elliot Chartered Accountants. Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Chartered Accountant and take formal insolvency appointments in the capacities as Liquidator, Administrator, Trustee in Bankruptcy etc.
I assist either to enable people in a financial crisis by restructuring or rescuing companies and individual's financial structures from the mountain of historic debt often built up over years.
In some instances it is too late and it is not possible to save the business and liquidation / bankruptcy is the only way to deal with the problem. It is however, important that people seek advice as early as possible. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but initial consultation with many Licensed Insolvency Practitioners is often without charge or any obligation.
When defrauded by serial debtors who have engaged in transactions to defeat creditors I will engage the transactional avoidance provisions in the insolvency legislation to return money to creditors.
Assistance can be provided in relaiton to the Inland Revenue, Customs, going bust, been defrauded etc.
Forensic and litigation support extends to matrimonial disputes, expert witness etc.
The insolvency procedures I can arrange to be undertaken for people are:
-Company Voluntary Arrangements
-Members Voluntary Liquidations (company is solvent)
-Creditors Voluntary Liquidations (company is insolvent)
-Individual Voluntary Arrangements
-Deeds of Arrangement
