I am actively using the QBOA Practice Management tool and it does exactly what it says on a tin. It is good and very cost effective solution for small practices.
Another point worth mentioning: QBO have asked for a feedback on what other features accountants would like to see and actually implemented these.
Would be great if HMRC would finally allow agents access to CIS data for sub-contractors.
It is often a pain to get correct info on CIS deductions from client and HMRC discloses this only if requested in writing. And even then it takes them 4-6 weeks to reply.
Can anyone point me towards a link where I can register to take part in public pilot?
You can`t deny that some agencies and financial service businesses have abused FRS for years and it was mainly these agencies who got the most financial benefit of FRS and not the actual small businesses they represented.
HMRC needed to do something about this - “limited cost trader” category should actually hit the abusers, but it will also inevitably bite some other small businesses too. Collateral damage.
Does anyone know when the IPO is to take place?
I don`t undertsand why these wortkers actually blame HMRC instead of their actual employer ISS when it is ISS who negotiates the contract terms with HMRC and also it is ISS who cut down worker`s hours.
HMRC has nothing to do with Living Wage Foundation’s recommended salary of £8.25 an hour.
What will happen next?
What would be the mechanism of the UK leaving EU and within what time scale that will happen?
Still remember a few people who truly believed and argued last September that they will go to sleep in the UK, but will wake up in the independent Scotland.
