As Executive Director of Praxity, the world's largest alliance of independent accounting and consulting firms, I spearhead a different approach to the way accounting services are provided, where international collaboration between participant firms enables a full range of client services to be provided in a fully transparent way. I value clarity and transparency very highly, and this is why I am so keen to develop the Praxity model.
My work involves facilitating the sharing of expertise so that firms across the world can work together seamlessly to serve clients’ increasingly global business needs. This sharing approach comes to the fore at Praxity’s annual global conference, which is widely regarded as one of the best networking and debating events in the profession.
Under my stewardship, Praxity has recorded 61% growth since it was created nine years ago and the Alliance recently won the TA & IAB Association of the Year award for the second time in three years. Praxity participant firms operate in over 100 countries and have a combined turnover of USD 4.5 billion.
I am committed to the not-for-profit model whereby fees are reinvested to provide business support, finding solutions to clients’ technical and international issues and nurturing client growth through referrals and business expansion tools.
