Agreed. Unfortunately we still have large number of clients who dump their bank statements and bills/invoices in a big box to our office. And that's the only thing they are willing to provide. The most efficient way, in my opinion, is to process most of the data myself, where possible.

yes agreed. But many can be standardized I believe. For example O2 will always be telephone. So hopefully we can make a big list like that
