Oddly enough I think councillors remain as such for a few days after the election (maybe three) Councillors remain as councillors during the election (Even if not restanding for election).
The concept is one of having a digital audit trail back to the original record which links to a transaction. The original transaction is potentially typed in. It can be typed into multiple systems.
Knowing what the list means Iris do have production credentials. All they need is to submit two quarters for two different taxpayers and they will become "available now"
I don't think you are right. Previously there was a longer list of suppliers available now. Some did Property, Some did Self-Employment and some did both.
Then they tightened up the qualifications and only three companies passed. That was not because they did both income types but because they had submitted two quarters of income for two taxpayers.
Xero have for some time said they won't do property. Some people told that have come to me. We are now getting a few pilot scheme applicants, however.
I've glanced at this and she says that information from transactions is shared quarterly when in fact it is the totals not the individual transactions. At that point I stopped listening.
This is something I have been asking for. I would like the Sandbox to properly enable testing of tax calculations so that subtle errors can be identified and fixed without a load of stress.

You have two sets of records. Das is nicht verboten.
I am not sure where it comes from but people who have come to me have said they were told by Xero that they were not doing property.
What we do is specify the percentage for each owner.
