CIS
Surely the CIS rules re subcontracting are discrimanation against Builders./Painters & Decorators
In the transport trade a lot of subbies are used /Lawyers ,accountants subcontract work
So technically ever employer should be either subject to CIS rules or none at all.
Good excuse for HMRC to charge lots & lots of Penalties to help pay for Politicians
