Thanks for the advice. I've had 10 enquiries so far, and no conversions. I have a 4.9 out of 5 score rating and good feedback from people I do see. I'll keep on going until 12 months end and review it then.

Thanks for the reply. This week I had 2 enquiries. The 1st cancelled a meeting just days after because my office was too far to travel to. I offered to visit, but they wanted someone on their doorstep. Vouched for would have already given him my location. The 2nd one was contacted 1 hr after receiving the enquiry and he told me he had already made 2 other appointments.

I get the impression Vouched for just send any old enquiry through to try and use up that quarters credits. They are now refusing to credit me back, despite this being something they did in 2016.

I think the point raised during your course relates to the sale of a business under normal circumstances. I understood that as the company would be a separate legal entity from the previous owner(s), then ER would not be affected on incoporation.
