We don't have any dates finalised just yet our next GDPR webinar. You will get an email invite if you are on our mailing list. Details are here - https://www.brightpay.co.uk/subscribe/
I'd like to help with this. Could you email my colleague [email protected]
We'll have a look at the file format for you to hopefully upload the details directly.
Multiple users are possible, but the software does not cater for restricted access, so all users are given access to the full payroll.
I apologize for any confusion and upset caused. We will give you a call now to issue you with a full refund. If you need anything further please send me a PM or you can email me directly [email protected].
Hi Moonbeam - Opening a csv file does change date format alright. Once you create the PP csv file in BrightPay, simply save straightway. There's no need to open it. If you have any issues will you send me a message and I'll get our support team to contact PP to get the issue sorted for you.
No. Sorry badly worded. I should have put that in inverted commas. It's a quote from a customer. Copied and pasted it from our testimonials page.
@FirstTab I’m confused. Why did you switch to BP if it’s sooo bad? I’ve been trialing both systems over the last few weeks due to the fact that both have received very good comments here on AW. Moving from IRIS due to increasing prices. Both are good for the price. I’ve decided to go with BP as I’ve a lot of clients staging this year. The AE is leaps and bounds ahead with bp.
We wrote this guide on AE pricing. Might give you a starting point. Few examples in there - https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/resources/maximising-the-ae-opportunity-...
