If you have any printed records of tax paid and payslips this should ensure that the data is correct. once upto date as previously stated you can upload and it will replace not add to your current running total.
They go in with your online submission. You still enter them into the system else how do you get tax codes for new starters? The change here is that you don't need to submit them seperately. This shouldn't affect multi batch submissions.
Hopefully HMRC have new goblins to process and accept returns for RTI, they are turning their servers off for a major update prior to April 6th so I expect it will be (in the long term) Easier to submit online info to HMRC
@ShayaClearBooks The bacs ref is a requirement for the payment made to HMRC, it matches a tag in the submission of the RTI information when submitted. No ref is currently needed when paying employees.
SEO is complex as stated above and certainly cannot be guaranteed (i'd laugh down the phone at such a claim)
I work for an affiliate marketing company and SEO is part of our business. Adwords are the only guarantee. You can technically spam your site with keywords but then your site ends up looking a mess riddled with the same phrase eg "accountant grimsby" 18 times on your homepage.
It also doesnt help that google actually change there search algorithms regularly to ensure people are using there paid services to get high rankings, thereby downranking anyone trying to backdoor top results through SEO
Reciting many opinions I have come across 90% of new business seems to come from recommendations rather than marketing/website This is not my opinion/experience as I work in industry, but reflects comments I have come across on the AAT forums :)
A well constructed informative website with useful blogs/articles and easy navigation is 1000 times better than appearing top of google with a bad site as people will click and instantly leave. A decent site will get bookmarked and get return traffic. Social media tools are also more effective long term as you get into peoples social accounts (which we now all check constantly!)

States that you should contact HMRC, but the guidlines say it should be reported, is a taxable benefit and share amongst employees the marginal cost.
5 passes @ £100 each = £500
Split over 10 employees = £50 benefit on P11D.
No expert but that would be the common sense approach :)
Rebuild it from scratch starting at April 5th.

P45's are still submitted to HMRC under RTI
