That's how we are planning on doing it. It's just with any normal audit you would go and verify the stock actually exists which we can see we can see a massive pile of aggregates but to actually say how much is there in tonnes is a bit more difficult haha
One off this year/next year as received a contract with HS2 so building up stock. There are a labour contractor but as mentioned this was a one off which meant they have to purchase the aggregate themselves.
My previous question was more in relation to being able to reclaim any VAT at all which we did receive tax advice for and are happy with the VAT reg plus costs from the contractor. My question is on costs that fall in the 20% bracket and if these can be reclaimed.

Thanks for the reply's. Apportion the cost/selling price of the wine sounds like the best option as long as its fair and reasonable.
