If this claim succeeds I am sure you could Winalot of new business.
Joking aside, don't get hot under the collar, try not to be hounded by your client and take time to paws and reflect. HMRC's bark is worse than their bite.
Update - thank you all. These methods worked fine and as with many systems there are numerous ways of achieving the same result, you know what you want to do but just can't see where to do it!
For some reason Frank Woods books just came into mind - did anyone use those when first starting out?
Just tried and still have the same problem - with a 103 error but this is after logging in and being asked the security question so obviously it is connecting but then not going any further. Will try later
Again, not using all the functionality but very pleased with the parts I am using and happy with the price. I am sure I could do more with it but one step at a time. Great support from Phil and his team.
Looked at AM but for me Senta had a more preferable look and feel - but obviously that is personal preference.
Hats off to the Santander underwriters they understood the information provided and appreciated the reconciliation from the statutory accounts to my tax calculations.
Mortgage agreed - which is a great relief!
Thanks for everyone's advice and comments.
At the end of the day, personal interests aside, it does show that lenders should/do accept SA302 information produced by commercial tax software such as TaxFiler even if you have to point it out to them and refer them to the guidance.

Sounds like I am not the only one.
I will speak to Quickbook and Santander and see if there is a known problem and a fix
Just received the email now.
