Have done that previously- but Company still getting requests for submissions.
I'll write - nothing hugely urgent - it just crossed my mind this morning as so many functions are now carried out online rather than by post/phone.

Well, writing would be quicker! Fire and forget rather than on hold; the HMRC site seems to say write - with np other options offered - anyway - thanks for responding. :-)

Given that Sage have announced End Of Life for Sage50 Manufacturing, I think many manufacturing & distribution business may be looking for a new MRP/ERP software option that works with Sage50.
I'd suggest your client has a look at Sapmanv12 ; a Sage developer that's been around for 20+ years & several of my clients are using it. It covers the bases of SoP, PoP & BoMs and a lot more. There is a simple graphic on the front of their web-site sapmanv12.co.uk that shows the areas covered.
Hope that helps!

I've got a couple of Sage users using 123sheets: both seem very happy with price & simplicity

Sage Enterprise sounds like a massive upgrade from QuickBooks; both in terms of cost & complexity.
I would suggest you have a look at Sapmanv12 as another option– I declare an interest as it is written & sold by a client of mine – but this will provide you with what you want linked to Sage50 ( or Sage200). Apart from its functionality it has the benefit of requiring much less investment than the other options - giving a rapid RoI.
I would also point out that Sapmanv12 is no relation to SAP – again a very costly option.
As noted above you require ( amongst other things) a very good BoM functionality and full batch traceability – both of which are part of the Sage50/Sapmanv12 partnership; don’t go for Sage50 for its stock, which is very limited in its functionality. You really need to run the SoP, PoP and Stock through Sapmanv12 and you have full traceability via barcoding.
Have a look at their website and please contact me if I can be of any help.

You can print to .pdf
This has an option to print a rage of sheets EG 10-2
So why not move the tabs in Excel of the two sheets you wish to print together eg right to the start of the s/sheet
So they become 1+2
Print that range to .pdf
If you don't want to keep the new page numbering
just close without saving

Yes : you get barcoding & labelling, batch & serial number traceability.

Have a look at Sapmanv12; I have an interest in that it is a client of mine & some of my clients also use this software.
If you have a look at their website ( sapmanv12.co.uk) on the “who we do it for” you can scroll down to Pennine Healthcare – among their likes they list your requirements.
As requested it tracks from purchase order through : GRN to Purchase Invoice through stock to despatch & sales invoice.
It typically links to Sage Accounts (50 or 200); the important thing is it uses its own POP, SoP & Stock & not the Sage Modules – so you get full trace-ability and multiple locations – even with Sage50. It updates Sage’s Purchase & Sales Ledgers to avoid dual keying.
It also copes with packs – where you may package several stock items together to create a new line.
If I can help further give me a shout but check out their website
