Thanks for that, but Damn, I was hoping it was a glitch, it would appear not.

This is why I love this site. These occasional gems make it all worthwhile!

No, I'm not that daft! I'm assuming they're going to do this to all of those with a government gateway. I always tell clients not to give away their phone or email.

No, its was the Requirement to Correct rules I was most concerned with but point taken, if its 20 years under the Let Property Campaign there's no reason to think it would be any less for this.

I always send it back to whoever requested it - be it the broker or the lender - and let the client have a copy at the same time. It is then up to the client if the broker sees it.

no, they were divorced in Jan 2016 and hers are the only children that live with her for 60% of the time. She has no child benefit herself, her ex-husband has it all but HMRC are seeking to claw back the whole of the £1788 back from her for 2016/17. Can this be right?

I've just tried another RTI filing on Moneysoft and whilst it showed the usual password message, I pressed yes for it to go anyway and it worked. I have the confirmation email as well. Now to see if any more will go.

Well its just after 8am the next day and - you've guessed it - the damn systems are still down. I'm getting the same password wrong message on my Moneysoft RTI filing attempt. Tearing my hair out here..

Yep, I had some successful ones earlier until it all went belly up.
