come on guys don't forget the main issue. Obviously he has some issue with @Portia and to be honest @portia should have answered the guy if she wanted to but it looks like she picked on him.. He is a trainee ffs and asking for a directions not distruction. @Portia should have known better.. ;)
To the OP question. The client is not NHF memebr who part of the memebrship provide free contracts to their members.. I checked the solo mebership cost about £140+vat
You can draw your own contract following the link you provided
You will be helping actively in the charity preparing the accounts.
Which means if the charity needs Independent External Examination you would not be a suitable person to do so as you would be examining your own work. you will need somebody else to do the Examinations.
I do Independent Examination for my local charity for the last 3 years based on the committee produced accounts.
I still give them a statutory accounts and help them file the accounts online.
So you need to clarify what your role would be or more precisely what they are expecting from?
Was working fulltime until 2006 when he decided to move to Germany and started working there as self employed. filled P85 before he left.
Has all the family here in UK i.e the spouse who works part time.
While in Germany he bought 3 buy to let properties since 2009 and received about 7000-10000 net rental income after all the allowed expenses. the rental income is undeclared.
there are 2 questions
1- How to declare the backdated rental income to HMRC
2- Can he still use his Personal allowance to calculate tax due eventhough he was not UK resident.
