Client Questions
Client asks, 'So if I buy and piece of Plant and Machinery for £10k and I get 100% allowances, then I can claim back £10k of Tax', happens all the time!

Unfair, should be a £100 fine then a surcharge percentage on any tax due and then capped at the £900, I.e. 5% after 3 months, 10% after 6 months and 15% after 9 months. More reasonable and a letter and statement at each 3 month period.
