With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA.

You won't need a passport then, will you.

Fairness? I don't see any.
In 1991 I bought some BT plc shares at 194p and very soon now (if they keep rising) I'll be able to sell them for a few pennies more than I paid for them.
But since they changed the CGT rules I will (once again) be paying tax at 28% on a fictional profit. The 194p I paid is today worth 347p (79% inflation), so I've really made a huge loss of 153p per share and will still pay tax. Can we start a campaign to reinstate Indexation?

Surely part of the purpose of Class 2 is the onus it places on people to obtain a valid NINO.
Are they going to abandon NINOs as a means of identification?

I'm surprised HMRC haven't used this as part of their "name and shame" scheme!

Been using Windows 8 for a week and I wouldn't go back. They took everything good about Windows 7, kept it or improved on it
Which bits were that, then?

I think I failed
I answered all the questions with absolute honesty, and even though I found some of the questions ambiguous, I still provided what I thought was a reasoned and complete answer.
Imagine my surprise when I discovered I'd failed. I felt like a GCSE English student with a "D".
Forty years as a sole proprietor and no one to blame but myself.

@chatman. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?
Are you deliberately trying to prejudice the trial?

If we're going to discuss morality in the context of Governments, please explain the morality of taxing someone like Carr at an effective lifetime rate of 70% (excluding VAT and other indirect taxes on expenditure).

Too many turkeys at HMRC.
What is an agent stakeholder when it's at home? Does he represent "customers"?
Any humans left at HMRC?
Too much gobbledegook.
