We were approached by Mark Goggins in March 2008 and signed up in April. We are now the end of our lease agreement.
We took legal advice and were told we were unlikely to be successful.
I am deeply upset that my Institute has let this organisation get away with misleading many Firms into promising new clients. I am not aware that any action has taken place against them. It is a very expensive lesson learned that when something looks too good to be true then it usually is. They made promises to give us a rebate and make good their side of the deal, but it never happened.
If you have any ideas on any redress i would love to know

Perhaps we could have a chat. I feel that we have been cheated out of £20,000 and if there is some chance of redress then my firm may be interested
