You can find it by logging into your .gov account and accessing via your PAYE service.

The updated guidance (published today I believe) states that:
If you have fewer than 100 furloughed staff you will be asked to enter details of each employee you are claiming for directly into the system - this will include their name, National Insurance number, claim period and claim amount, and payroll/employee number (optional).
If you have 100 or more furloughed staff you will be asked to upload a file with the information rather than input it directly into the system. We will accept the following file types: .xls .xlsx .csv .ods

I setup Senta in January. Couldn’t be happier with it.

I just spoke with HMRC about this.
Their answer... not possible!
Apparently, there is "no way" they can change the agent address without creating a new VAT record.

I've just had a letter from HMRC about this. I wrote to them to update the address and had to send them a list of all clients who I have 64-8s in place for with their PAYE reference. Then apparently for every new client who I get authorisaton for, I need to let them know via a letter as well as the usual process.
Apparently they can't update the central database so my address is stuck as the old address, even for new clients.
Remember, digital accounts are coming. Can't wait for that one!

VT and TaxFiler
Congratulations on the growing practice.
VT has been fantastic for accounts preparation and Tax Filer a delight for all tax returns. There are plenty out there, take a few free trials and see what feels best for you.

I had a client ask about this. I was not comfortable doing it due to the millions of potential issues which would come out of it. I simply said it would not be possible due to Independence issues and that I would not be allowed to act for the client in that capacity. They were happy with this and outsourced it to a local management company reccomended by their bank.

Unless you work for a firm where I once had the pleasure of working where prepayments did not exist. Unless of course there was a need to boost profits for the year in question.

A client in a firm I once worked in ran (and lived) in a hotel. His cat's food, litter and insurance was put through the business as he is an expert 'mouse catcher'. The partner happily put it through!
