This may be slightly off topic. Husband and wife directors make a loan to the their company for say £50k. The husband's sole employment is with the company and he draws a small salary and is in a position to take advantage of the SRB and PSA. The wife can only take advantage of PSA. Can the company pay interest differentially to the 2 directors or is this dependant on the ratio of the 2 DLAs ?
Looking at the HMRC website it doesnt appear that interest coming from directors loans are included. At least this source of interest is not mentioned.
