It kind of looks like they have taken it this time as they are not here stirring things more. I understand that they may have caused you frustration but come on. Don't give people the saatisfaction of knowing they are winding you up.
I agree with FirstTabs original post and how things are starting to get a little bitter on Any Answers. Everyone has a different opinion and different way of expressing it. Instead of argueing and disaggreeing with each other why not help each other, educate and learn.
Why not just keep away from each others posts if you don't like what you read? You have a choice whever to ignore or respond to something so why would you go out of your way to get angry about something?
In the grand scheme of things are we not here to just help each other out? It's a shame posts come down to petty arguements. Take the high road.
I thought I would throw my two pennies in here. I worked in retail for a number of years before moving into the accountancy business but when I was working in retail something similar happened to the store I worked in. It was quite a well known shop. We had an unnanounced visit from 'inspectors' and when I got on the phone to my area manager she called HMRC. Turned out they had no idea who these people were and they were actually from a rival company trying to gain an insight into how we ran things and the money we were making.
Slimmy buggers then openned up a store in the same shopping center a few months later.
What I want to know is will HMRC try to reclaim this as a Staff Incentive?
We should all remember that they work very hard though, ignoring our phone call for just long enough to fustrate us but not complain is an art form. Although when they do answer I have never had a problem with them.
My answers
Do they have any jobs going?
Surfing and snowboarding weekends on the company sounds great to me!
Face time.
Are you not interested in what your clients are like as people rather than just their numbers you have to work with?
Never know one of them could be good looking and you would be missing out on not meeting them.
But to get records to and from clients recorded mail or couriers are always useful.
Skype
A suggestion could be to use a Skype video call at the same time. You would be able to chat with your client and it is free of charge.
In honesty...

Was the breakfast any good?
And did you have both or go with someone?

Simple
1) Journey To The West (Monkey) by Wu Ceng'en
2) The Bourne Identity by Robert Ludlum
3) Diary by Chuck Palahnuik
Three amazing books right there. I agree with a lot of other peoples choices of top books but these are the ones I have read more than a few times.
Me Too
I'm also waiting for China to mass produce them. Or even an electric car that is £5K. Petrol prices are crazy.
