"It is worth bearing in mind that the averaging method applies only when there are no normal working hours. If there are normal hours of work, then holiday pay should be paid at the employee’s usual rate."
Does this suggest that we do not have to accrue Holiday on any overtime hours for employees that work a standard 40hr week Mon to Fri, but can do overtime on the weekends?
"..........Responding to a study from Sage that 98% of its users rely on some form of spreadsheet on a daily basis – a truly remarkable statistic if ever there was one............"
Truly remarkable that 2% of users don't rely on some form of spreadsheet...........
SSP recovery was abolished in 2014, it is the employers that have to bear this cost..............so if that was "brought in line" the self employed would just have to pay themselves sick pay..................
I found that doing the original signature oversized and then reducing the object box, ironed out all the stutters and looks more professional, rather than a five year olds.
This is great - I have always put a formula in to divide by 1000 and an if statement to round, however when I tried to alter the format to show anything under 500 as a '-' rather than a '0' I got some strange results. The format I used was
[>=500]# ##0,_);[Red][<=-500](# ##0,);-?
However a figure of 400 shows as "-400" and -400 shows as "--400". What am I doing wrong?

But this article states...........

Interesting setting to look out for in the future.
Is there a way that you can get the pivot table to leave blanks as blanks?
ie. "" as apposed to "(blanks)"

Making the signature look half way descent

Correction to above
Hi, just played around a bit and noticed if I put a ',' after the '?' it corrected by problem.
Sorry
Problem with formatting 000's

Looking forward to the next article on this.
Thank you
Only one Sheet Needed
This would be great if it would only create/send the pdf of the selected sheet?
