I had a lender the other day who insisted on the original SA302s and HMRC covering letter and not HMRC faxed copies.
What would be the situation where husband and wife are joint settlors of one trust and also each are the sole settlor of another trust? Does the joint trust and one trust get half the band and the other get the full band?
Curious I'm curious as to how the Revenue discovered the regular income if she does not complete a tax return. Assume father did not claim payments as an allowable deduction!!
