Sanjay, just provide the information requested. View it as protecting your firm and forget the debt. Sometimes, you have just got to let it go and bite the bullet. In a few months time you will look back on this and think why did I get so het up. Life is to short.

Just ignore all the gubbins clients tell you.If I had one pound for every piece of gubbins related to me, by clients, then I would own another two islands in the West Indies, to go with the one I do own (I wish)
The current favourite, in my small town, is the Super Deduction. I have heard so many twists and variations on this to enable me to write a book called 'The Myths and Legends of the Super Deduction'
I am certain that one bloke is guilty of this, tying to lead astray my impressionable young plumbers, electricians and builders.I then receive calls from the wives, who sensibly, want to check the gubbins with me. I suspect the local builders merchants is the natural hunting ground of this bloke. If I had time I would catch the blighter in the act and read to him (could be a her, that would be a first) the actual legislation relating to the accursed Super Deduction.

To any body sold on the the benefits of the Cloud then I would highly recommend reading a very good article by Steve Boggan, in the Daily Mail on the 26th April last, which highlights the cost to environment. All this date is stored in data centres, often huge and run by the big five. They consume huge amounts of resources, sucking up electricity and spewing out heat.Ironic that Boris is keen on green but has no idea what government digital policies are doing to harm the environment

''But hairdressers and a wine bar etc have worked only 20 weeks out of 52. Not bad eh? Wish I could have done that instead of working double time to do Furlough''.
I am sure they would have preferred to have remained open, have you shared this view with your impacted clients.

There are numerous specialist Nanny Payroll Providers (Nanny Tax, springs to mind) out there, who do all the work. This Director should be guided towards them, it will save a lot of trouble.

It is my understanding that Time to Pay relates to Income Tax only. The VAT scheme will be separate with details of how to apply being announced in January. Postponed VAT can be paid from April 2021 to March 2022.

You state '' they are IFA'' is this relevant to their ability to do the job.
