Thanks I found that but when I try to read old emails they wont open - it automatically tries to get me to set up New Outlook. The only way I can now read old emails is select the file and choose 'open with' the old version.
I suspect Iris aren't really interested in small practices. I appreciate the suggestion but I'm not going to try again to get a price if they wont give me an email address for a really simply pricing enquiry I hate to imagine how hard its going to be to get a support query or other issue resolved.

I wont be acting for him. If I cant trust a client to be honest about where he lives I hate to imagine the potential issues when it comes to preparing accounts and tax returns.
Taxfiler for accounts and tax returns (sole traders and limited companys) is very good I moved to it from VT and TaxCalc. They offer a startup package for 10 clients for £11 per month plus VAT
Thanks I may have missed something but can you direct me to where the GDPR rules state all personal data MUST be sent with password protection and encrypted?

Yes - Zoom
No the client wasn't local. It was for accounts and tax returns.

I actually use that already but also attach the accounts and tax return to a covering email as well. I guess that's actually just not necessary.
