Jennifer you have forgotten private dental practice - they have been given NO GRANT of any sort
whereas all NHS dental practice got full payment meaning their practice owener and associates recd
in excess of so called limit of £2500 - i know few nhs practice owner they are better of sitting home with surgery closed and make more profit
why did Rishi give Council tax grant to optician and nhs dental practice and NOTHING to private dental practice to pay their associates

hmrc should have consulted experts like yourself b4 making a mess of what all this hours
what you or other have not clarified is -
an employee used to have normal hours of say 25 hrs pw in 2019/20 and has since Jan20 reduced her
normal working hours as 15hr pw
So what are her usual hr 25 or 15 - means if she works 5hr this JULY than furlough hours is 20hr
based on this employee is happy but employer has to pick extra cost from AUG SEP OCT ?

when opticians are included in the rates relief and grant
why are private dental practice not included ?
any reason ?
NHs/private dental practice dont pay rates so that is fine for them but NOT if u r private practice owner

good to know - one Q - can a minor holding shares receive dividend from a ltd co and will div belong to minor or parents - when parents are also shareholders/directors in same ltd co ?
