I don't know if it is still the case, but when I was growing up some 50 years ago, bus fares, train fares and cinema entrance all changed at 14. I think it was a throw back to when the school leaving age was 14. Therefore you could get a job and so were considered financially grown up enough to pay the adult price. As far as clothing goes now, most 14 year olds are adult size.
My client appealed a correctly charged late filing penalty for 2018, after deciding to file it themselves instead of me and then forgetting to file it. The appeal was successful.
I tried using that formula, but it rounded 0.98 up to 1 unless it was a negative figure. Is there something I am missing. I need it to display to 2 decimal places.
Nearly 6 years past my pension date and still going strong. No longer taking on new clients and as my ageing client base retires, so will I. My youngest client is now only 54 so I have a few years to go!
Just for the other perspective. I was really excited when my boss told me to phone the client for information and not to bother him. Wow - he trusts me that much!! That was 40 odd years ago. Now I have my own practice it's not half as much fun.
I return all my clients' records to them after completion each year. All wrapped up and bundled nicely with a 'keep until' date marked clearly on them. My own working papers with regard to each client are kept gathering dust!
My answers

Thank you! Tried that mod and it works fine.
