so does this mean that
i can now average out the profits of the various clients who undertook DOTAS planning in the same period and HMRC will accept a payment of a fraction of the true liability?
Is there something in any legislation that says every tax payer should pay the same amount of tax on the same profit if they are in the same tax regime? I know Human Rights aren't supposed to impact on tax but surely there is something somewhere that makes all tax payers responsible for paying the same "right" tax every time?
no refund of
s455, no matter what the reason...
wouldn't have been a problem if they had
not messed around with the border part of duty free and left it all as VAT free...
Ok i give up
How does buying a gem for £11m increase the value of a company's assets?
Surely the current assets went down when the cash was taken out of the bank, stuffed in a bag and put behind the bike sheds awaiting delivery?
Or did the cash just come out from under a mattress?
Is this being a little too pedantic?
the series starts off with 12 contestants, shouldn't that be 13???
Sorry this is a bit late, i have been away.
Sorry but i didn't say what you say i said.
I think that was Ms Bennyworth
I may be wrong here but maybe
the reason that there are so many different bodies is because those who would decide to merge would be the very ones whose jobs would be on the line, unless of course they all became one and everyone kept their old jobs.
They could then have huge meetings in lots of different places and would need a huge support structure and never decide anything.
They could call it Every Chartered or EC for short...
Or was it Ray?
Ah carnmores that was
only when you added the iis to the then higher rate of 80% (and people complain now about how much tax they have to pay - huh the youth of today, they don't have a clue).
Now i feel even older :(
At a guess it is a reduction in an exemption or a reduction in a notional tax credit, therefore not an increase as such (unless of course you are not a politician and a normal person, in which case the bottom line tax payment just got bigger so that is an increase)
