My answers
Hi John,
Not sure what you can do with autoentry but PaperLess for Sage let's you post invoices into Sage in dispute and then automatically remove the dispute flag once the invoices are approved.
The reviews of PaperLess are quite positive and also the customers' testimonials. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/paperlesseurope.com
You can try PaperLess for Sage 200. It has a built-in approval system for invoices.
Yes, PaperLess does have an approval process available.
40k?
Well definitely not a quote from PaperLess for Sage 200. We are known in the Sage 200 market for having a very competitive price structure and thousands of users would need to be added to the license to even get close to 40k
Good morning,
That is precisely what our company does... we integrate with both Sage 50 and Sage 200 to automate invoice processing and approval routines. Many Sage 200 users are currently using PaperLess for Sage 200 to approve invoices among many other things.
Just let me know if you require any further information.

Hope this helps
Yes, that's why as Sage Developers we have created that and now we are inquiring accountants on how important this is for them as well as ways to improve what we already have.
Thank you Bob, good to know that and we also feel that is the best way to manage accounting documents.
Hello, basically we are referring to the possibility of directly from within Sage having access to the documents so if for example you are viewing a transaction in Sage and you want to check the invoice you just do a look-up of the invoice directly from the transaction in Sage.
This is something PaperLess already caters for but it is important for us to know if this is something finance professionals feel will help them in their daily activity.
Re: Basic product so pricing is key
Thank you for your answer and yes we do know this business area quite well, but it is also important for us to have the view of the end-users to have a better understanding of what changes to make and how to offer a better product and that is the main objective with this question.
