Maybe I am overcomplicating it but just starting up a new partnership where the sole trader has been trading client for number of years. For arguments sake the assets are valued at £50k. The incoming partner is not introducing any capital.

I do know that if I was to run an employers pension scheme that it would be an expense.
Question is as a sole director can the company just pay into the personal pension scheme directly and still be classed as an expense?
Is the share % in the partnership irrelevant?
also, the property is under the individuals name and not the partnership.
